If an item is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
- We aim to keep the store well stocked, if an item is out of stock + remains on our website we will be working hard to replace this ASAP. If you'd like more information on an out of stock item, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help you out. You can also enter your email to be notified when the product is back in stock - this is the best way to be notified instantly of a product restock to ensure you don't miss out.
Do you gift wrap?
- Yes, we do have a gift wrap option at checkout. We use sustainable wrapping - kraft paper, paper tape + cotton twine to pack your orders. Please note, oversized items are unable to be gift wrapped. This includes baby baths, feeding/pregnancy pillows + most Kinderfeets products.
When will my parcel arrive?
- Please check our shipping t's + c's page for information on current shipping timeframes. Due to ongoing Covid 19 outbreaks in the community, road closures due to the recent weather events + things outside of our control shipping can at times be delayed. Please also check whether or not the product you have ordered is on Preorder - time frames will be on the product listing on when you can expect this to arrive.
