In order to become a Mom Club member, simply create an account. On entry to the club, you'll be rewarded with 150 club coins, just for signing up!
From here, you can follow the other prompts to earn more club coins.
You can earn parenting points by completing actions listed under our loyalty program. You can earn points for following us on social media, leaving us reviews + of course for shopping with us! Every $1 spent = 1 point.
Yes, they will expire 12 months after earning them.
It's super easy to redeem your parenting points for vouchers. On our loyalty page you will see the discounts you can redeem your points for. Once you've met the minimum points required for the reward, simply click 'redeem' and enter the code at checkout - if you lose the code, you can come back to the rewards page and it will be sitting there ready to go.
You can also redeem your parenting points in store! Either pre-claim your rewards voucher prior to coming in, or we can do this in store for you.
If you have made orders on the same email address you will have earned parenting points on those orders & these will contribute towards your VIP tier.
Once you have created an account, any previous orders under this email should automatically be added to your account. However, if you think anything is amiss, get in touch and we will look into this for you. Please note, we cannot combine orders from separate emails into one account.
VIP tiers are calculated based on dollars spent with us. To become a Mom Club Member, simply create an account + make your first purchase! To become a Mom Friend, you'll need to spend $500+ and to become a Mom Bestie, you'll need to spend $1000+.
Unfortunately not. Our policy is only one discount per order, which does mean loyalty vouchers + any other discount codes [including free shipping] cannot be redeemed together.
Unfortunately some products and brands are excluded from voucher redemption, often this is at a request of the brand and out of our control.
These include but are not limited to: Pure Mama, LittleOak formula, Noopii, Stokke, Frank Green, as well as any items that are sent directly from our suppliers such as selected Kinderfeets products.If these items are included in your order they will not contribute to the minimum spend. Therefore, you will need to ensure the remainder of your order meets the minimum spend requirements for the discount voucher.
All bundles are also excluded from rewards vouchers as these are already discounted.
No, you will not earn parenting points on any gift card purchases, as the person redeeming the voucher will earn the rewards when they spend that voucher.
If you return an item for store credit or exchange an item - your parenting points will remain in your account. If you return your items for a full refund, the parenting points will be deducted from your account.
No, you will need to enter the voucher code at checkout to ensure the reward is redeemed.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to apply any reward codes retrospectively.
Please check that you meet the minimum spend requirements for each voucher reward. This can be found on the reward redemption page and is subject to change at any time.
Only one rewards voucher can be redeemed per order + they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.If you're still having issues with your rewards vouchers, please get in touch with us.
You can share your referral link with friends via social media, email or simply send them the link. Once your friend has made a purchase, you will receive a $15 store credit voucher to spend on anything you please [these vouchers cannot be redeemed for points to contribute towards other rewards].
Please note, the minimum spend for these vouchers is $60.

Minimum Spend
Any excluded brands will not contribute to the minimum spend for orders as this does mean the item ultimately gets discounted which is against the policy of many of our brands. Minimum spends are subject to change at any time as we continually review our loyalty program.
All bundles are also excluded from voucher redemption/contributing to minimum spend.
Voucher Reversal
If you redeem a voucher and decide not to use it, please contact us and we can refund your points back to your account. Alternatively, the vouchers don't expire and you can keep these on your account to redeem on your next order!
