Mama + Me bath soak is handmade with 100% natural ingredients, including Epsom Salt, Himalayan salt, dried Calendula petals, dried Chamomile flowers, dried Lavender, dried Rose petals, Vitamin E, and pure essential oils of Frankincense, Lavender, and Ylang Ylang, all diluted in Cold Pressed Jojoba Oil. Directions 

Add half of the jar into the bath as water is running and allow time for the contents to absorb. Soak for at least 15-20min for full benefits.
