Directions 

Gently massage a small amount onto your desired body area (note area's to avoid) and gently massage until absorbed into the skin. Apply with an open hand, using your palm. Use repetitive, long stroke movements towards the heart.

*Recommended massage from the second trimester onwards. Avoid massage during the first trimester. If you experience any pregnancy related illnesses, please speak to your LMC or health practitioner before use.
