Meet your relief besties - our Breast Relief and Birth Relief reusable ice and heat packs. Cooling and warmth exactly where you need it, from day three engorgement to c-section recovery.
About the duo -
Breast Relief are the reusable ice and heat packs designed to support your breasts through everything they go through [and honestly, they go through a lot!]
From the rock-hard engorgement of day three to blocked ducts, mastitis, and the general ache of being a new feeding mum - Breast Relief has your breasts covered. Because your body is working hard enough already.
Use cold to ease engorgement, inflammation and breast tenderness. Or warm them up to encourage let-down and support milk flow - warmth can help to relax breast tissue so you can get back to feeding or pumping with less effort. Each pack comes with a soft fabric cover for comfortable, skin-safe use.
Birth Relief is the reusable ice and heat pack designed to support your recovery, however your baby arrived [because however you gave birth, your body deserves real support].
Whether you had a vaginal birth or a c-section, Birth Relief is here for all of it - soothing abdominal swelling and bruising, easing perineal discomfort, and supporting your body as it heals. Use it cold in the early days for immediate, calming relief. Then, once your stitches have healed, gentle warmth can ease ongoing discomfort and help soften scar tissue long-term.
Comes with a soft cover for comfortable, skin-safe use. Because postpartum care should feel gentler.
Two kinds of relief, one bundle - top and bottom covered for those first weeks. Add the Relief Duo to your birth bag and your must-have list for postpartum.
What's included
- 2x Breast Relief reusable ice & heat packs with soft fabric covers
- 1x Birth Relief reusable ice & heat pack with soft fabric cover
Note: Heat therapy is not recommended in the first 6-8 weeks on c-section or perineal stitches. Ice therapy is best for initial recovery. Once stitches have healed, gentle warmth can be beneficial in scar healing. Use for no longer than 15-20 minutes at a time to avoid skin breakdown.
