Directions
Ages 13+: Take one 4g serving (1 ½ metric tsp) daily mixed with water or any cold drink of choice. Can be taken with or between meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Not suitable during breastfeeding due to the naturally occurring amounts of inositol in breastmilk. Do not exceed 1 serving per day during pregnancy. Use in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise.
