Use

Franjos recommend starting with one cup per day from 32 weeks, increasing gradually as advised by your care provider:

• Week 32–34: 1 cup daily
  

• Week 35–36: 2 cups daily
  

• Week 37–40: 2–3 cups daily
  

Continue after birth to support recovery.
