Please note that not all products are eligible to be discounted with the use of both our welcome discount, and/or influencer discount codes and storewide sales/promotions. All items purchased using any discount code are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty (with the exception of an exchange of size for clothing/footwear if available). 

At times, we will have small sales and/or add items to the outlet section on our website. All items sold during these sale periods/or via the outlet are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged for change of mind, incorrect purchase or size exchanges. 

Only one discount can be used per purchase. This includes any free shipping promotions, welcome codes & influencer discount codes alongside automatic discounts & other promotional sales. 

Loyalty vouchers & any other discount codes or sales can also not be used in conjunction with each other. 

Discount codes & rewards vouchers cannot be used on bundle products as these items are already discounted.
