
Perineal massage is known to improve skins elasticity and flexibility in preparation of child birth. Performed regularly from 34 weeks pregnant it is associated with reduced risk of tears and ongoing pain after childbirth.
Massage oil into your perineum (the area between your vagina and bottom) 2-4 times a week for 5 – 10 minutes from 34 weeks pregnant.
Left over oil can be used as a massage oil for you or baby.
