World Breastfeeding Week 2022 theme is to empower, support and inform on all that is breastfeeding. I find this week can be a little overwhelming for many, especially for those who cannot breastfeed their babe despite their best efforts. 

We are lucky that here in New Zealand there is a lot of great breastfeeding support with midwives and lactation consultants + many free online resources, but we could still always do better and support our mothers more.
